1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Service Not Rendered: If we are unable to provide scheduled transportation due to a fault on our part (e.g., vehicle breakdown or staff error), and a suitable reschedule is not possible.

Advance Cancellations: If you cancel a scheduled ride at least 24 hours in advance of the pickup time.

Duplicate Payment: If a client is mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Late or Same-Day Cancellations: Rides canceled less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows: If the client is not present at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice.

Client-Initiated Delays: If services cannot be rendered due to delays or issues caused by the client.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the scheduled service. Provide the following details:

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Third-Party Payers
If transportation is covered by a third-party payer, you may not be eligible for a refund directly from Dove Transport. In such cases, please consult with the appropriate payer regarding their policies.
